Opinsta takes home multiple awards at 2016 UK Customer Experience Awards for work with collaborative partner Virgin Trains

Birmingham, UK – Opinsta, a technology firm focused on creating solutions that Empower Employees to enhance Customer Experience, received two honors at the 2016 UK Customer Experience Awards held at the Park Plaza in Westminster, London on Friday, September 23rd.
In recognition of their work with collaborative partner Virgin Trains, Opinsta was honored with Silver Awards in both the ‘Travel/ Transport/ Hospitality/ Retail’ and ‘Omnichannel CX’ Categories. Additionally, Opinsta was nominated for the ‘Customer Centric Culture – Service Providers’.
The collaborative partnership has seen the development of a range of Mobile applications that directly support front-line Customer Experience across the Virgin Trains network. Among the technologies that were recognized at the ceremony were the Resolution App, which provides an instant guide to connect common customer problems with defined business solutions, and the Reservation App, which allows front-line employees to more efficiently direct passengers during their journey.
Opinsta CTO, George Matau, was thrilled with the results of the evening, “this recognition shows that our combined work (with Virgin Trains) over the past year has paid off with apps that really make a difference and provide the best possible customer experience. We are looking forward to developing new technology with them in the near future”.
